There’s exciting momentum across Ooralea Waters, with Stage 7 progressing steadily and key milestones now complete. Our team continues to work hard to bring this next chapter of the community to life, and we’re pleased to share the latest updates from site.
Stage 7
Stage 7 has moved into a new phase of development, with both stormwater and sewer works now fully completed. Road crossings have also been finalised, and boxing for the road pavement is complete, setting the foundation for the next stage of road construction.
With these key works behind us, construction is tracking well toward the next round of activity. Kerb installation is expected to be completed by the end of next week, paving the way for asphalting, which is scheduled for early December. Practical Completion for Stage 7 remains on track for the end of December, marking a significant step toward delivering new homesites to our future residents.
Stage 5F & 8
Beyond Stage 7, planning continues for future growth within the community. Construction for Stage 5F and Stage 8 is currently earmarked to commence in early 2026, with more detailed timelines to be shared as these stages progress through design and approvals.
