Stage 7
We’re excited to announce that the titles for Stage 7 have been successfully registered with the Land Titles Office! What does this mean? You can now lock in your build contract and start construction straight away. This is a huge step forward, get ready to build sooner and move in on your own schedule.
What’s Next
Our legal team will be in touch with your conveyancer or solicitor to arrange settlement, which occurs 14 days after the notice of title registration. To ensure you have everything ready for settlement, we recommend having a final check with your mortgage broker or bank to confirm that your finances are settlement-ready
