It has been a busy few months at Ooralea Waters, with important milestones reached to keep our community moving forward. The Stage 7 construction program remains on track, and we are excited to share the latest updates from site.
Recent Progress
All council approvals have now been received for Stage 7, ensuring construction can continue on schedule. Earthworks have been completed across the community, followed by the successful delivery of sewer works. Stormwater works are also well underway, with completion programmed for late September.
What’s Next
Before the end of the year, residents can expect to see even more activity on site within Stage 7.
Roadworks and watermain installation will commence and be completed within this period, alongside landscaping works that will help shape the community’s streetscapes. Plan sealing remains on track for Q4, marking another significant step toward welcoming new families to Ooralea Waters.
