As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been a landmark year for Ooralea Waters.
From major construction milestones to opportunities for neighbours to come together, our community continues to evolve, with 2025 adding another meaningful chapter to the Ooralea Waters story.
Bringing the Community Together
One of the year’s standout moments was the first annual Ooralea Waters community event, which brought residents, future buyers and project partners together to celebrate how far the community has come. With construction well underway and new neighbours settling in, the event captured the spirit of Ooralea Waters — friendly, welcoming and full of excitement for what’s ahead.
Strong Demand for Land Releases
Demand for land at Ooralea Waters remained strong throughout the year, with Stages 7 and 8 selling out, reflecting the location’s appeal to homebuyers. These sell-outs were supported by visible progress on site, as civil works and construction continued to take shape, giving buyers confidence as they watched the community evolve in real time.
Opening the Doors to the Display Village
Another major highlight of 2025 was the opening of our Display Village, offering an exciting chance for buyers to explore beautiful homes by Living Homes, Gemini Homes and CJ Smith. With strong interest throughout the year, excitement continues to build ahead of the full display village opening in January 2026, when even more inspiration will be available for future homebuyers with homes by Fergus Builders and Esprit Constructions joining the line up.
Supporting First Home Buyers
This year also marked the introduction of a new product tailored specifically for first home buyers, responding to strong demand from those looking to enter the market. Designed to make home ownership more accessible, this offering of owner-occupier packages in Stage 5 reflects Ooralea Waters’ commitment to creating opportunities for a diverse range of buyers and supporting families at every stage of their journey.
Garden Glory
We also hosted our very first front-gardening competition, celebrating the creativity and care that residents put into their gardens. We want to congratulate Alice & Matthew Brockhurst on their winning entry — their garden truly showcases the charm and character of our community. Thank you to everyone who entered and helped make this inaugural competition such a success; it’s wonderful to see so many beautiful gardens brightening our streets and inspiring neighbours. Looking Ahead to 2026
From soil turning ceremonies and construction milestones to community celebrations and display home openings, 2025 has been a year of meaningful progress at Ooralea Waters.
Our Sales Team will be taking a well-earned break over the festive period from 5pm Friday 19 December and will return on Monday 5 January to assist with any enquiries.
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue building on this momentum — welcoming more residents, opening the full display village, and watching this growing community continue to thrive. It’s going to be a good year!
